What are we looking for?

As the Product Manager for Last Mile, you will be the end-to-end owner of the development of products that power Couriers, Carriers and Dispatchers. Based on user insights & data, you will scope the business requirements and work with engineers to make sure the technical solution solves problems in the most efficient way. You will be responsible for managing the roadmap and making sure to meet set deadlines.

You will also be the owner of bets, larger company wide initiatives that span across multiple products and over 3-6 months. Here you will be working together with a sponsor from the logistics or business side. We track everything we do, and you will enjoy challenging requests and prioritize based on maximum impact on company goals and measure success based on predefined metrics.

Since we’re at the intersection of technology and the physical world, the stakes are higher. A whole new class of problems emerge as thousands of parcels and couriers are in motion every day. Problems that affect millions of people across our markets, and serve as opportunities to improve our services to make them as seamless as possible. The role therefore requires a genuine interest in the end-users problem and willingness to literally step into the shoes of our users and spend time working in operations.
